Does Klario diagnose or recommend anything?
No. Klario never generates a diagnosis, a dose, or a recommendation. It only re-presents what your doctor already said, with a link back to the exact moment they said it.
Can Klario record a visit without my consent?
No. Recording only starts after you explicitly confirm, in the app, that you're the patient in the room and that this recording is for your own personal health record.
What about the other person in the room — my doctor?
The attestation step exists so recording only happens with everyone's awareness in the room. Klario is built for capturing your own consultation, not for recording other people without their knowledge.
Does anything become a reminder automatically?
Never. Every mention sits as plain information until you personally review and confirm it. Nothing you haven't approved becomes an active task or reminder.
Where is my data processed and stored?
On EU-based infrastructure. Recordings and transcripts are handled within the EU and removed once they're no longer needed for your record.
Is Klario a replacement for medical advice?
No. Klario is a memory layer over a visit that already happened with your own doctor. It isn't a chatbot, a diagnostic tool, or a telemedicine service.
